The FanMaster Energy Savings Package from Rockwell Automation is a great way to reduce energy costs associated with your Air Handler Units (AHU). Each FanMaster unit installed is configured specifically to the customers AHU. Monitoring the inputs and outputs of the AHU, FanMaster then relays the information to an Allen Bradley Powerflex 400 variable frequency drive. This drive, connected to the AHU motor, optimizes the speed of the fan and in turn reduces the amount of energy needed to maintain the desired termperature from the AHU.
